Justin W. Peer PhD, LP, CFLE
Owner/Clinical Director
Dr. Peer is the founder and clinical director of Peer & Associates. Dr. Peer is a Licensed Psychologist and Certified Family Life Educator and has 15+ years clinical experience treating a wide range of presenting concerns. He treats emerging adults, adults, and older adults with two specific areas of specialization: 1. Assisting 18-29-year-olds through the stress, anxiety, and self-doubt associated with multiple life stressors and transitions common during this period of life while also helping this population build a healthy, balanced identity and, 2. Working with individuals who are struggling to adapt to chronic health conditions by helping them develop skills and a balanced mindset that allows for healthy adjustment. He also helps individuals with other specific health-related concerns including weight loss, pain management, and sleep. Additionally, Dr. Peer treats general stress, life transition concerns, anxiety, and depression among adults and older adults.
Outside of the practice Dr. Peer has been a Lecturer at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is also a public speaker and noted author. He has been published in several prominent interdisciplinary journals including Emerging Adulthood, Adultspan, and the Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disabilities.

Angela Saborio MA, LLP
Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and addiction are difficult battles to fight alone. I have dedicated my career to cultivating growth and wellness in individuals. Allow my passion for helping others to guide you on your journey. I have almost twenty years of experience working with adults with a wide range of mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress, substance abuse, and traumatic brain injury. I have successfully worked with a variety of populations, including retired athletes, veterans, first responders, and civilians with traumatic brain injury.
I attended the University of Detroit Mercy and graduated with a master’s degree in clinical psychology with a focus on addiction studies. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). An individual’s personal therapy goals and unique experiences are important to me. I know that each person is unique, and because of that I believe in providing a nonjudgmental, person-centered approach.

Bianca Bartley MA, LLP
I have a diverse experience working with both adolescents and adults, with a former focus on those involved with the legal system. I’ve worked in crisis management and de-escalation, as well as general outpatient therapy. I am able to assist in a wide range of needs. I do have a social justice approach, combined with person-centered and positive psychology. I work with individuals where there are at and as a therapist, we will approach treatment goals together.
I completed my Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University and am continuing education for certification for substance use disorders. I do have experience working with adults with substance use concerns, and have conducted psychoeducational groups for depression, anxiety, communication, and many other mental health topics.

Nicole Klim LMSW
Nicole is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Wayne State University. Nicole has been in the field of behavioral health for 26 years.
She is passionate about helping people improve their mental health and well being. She works with patients with many conditions and helps them see the connection between physical, mental, and emotional health.

Reyma Bazzi MA, LPC
Special Initiatives/Implementation Director
As a licensed professional counselor with a certification in women’s health issues, I provide a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help women navigate life’s complex emotional and physical challenges. I specialize in supporting clients through a wide range of experiences, including reproductive health concerns, hormonal changes, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, fertility struggles, menopause, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My work is grounded in a comprehensive understanding of the unique factors that impact women’s mental health. Clients will be able to explore their experiences, develop resilience, and build tools for meaningful change. My passion lies in empowering women to reclaim their voices, strengthen their self-worth, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ashley McNabb, MS, LLPC

Ashley graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience to help others on their own mental health journeys. Ashley likes to take a holistic, person-centered approach with her clients, focusing on helping them recognize their strengths and strive for growth. She also focuses on cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques to reduce symptoms and encourage overall wellness.
By creating a safe and supportive environment, Ashley aspires to foster healing through building trusting and meaningful connections as well as helping clients develop their own mental health “tool kit.” She has worked with adults and children facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship conflict, education/career struggles, grief, trauma, and more.

Makenzie Stephens, MA, LLPC
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, panic disorders, and trauma. I have a particular interest in supporting veterans and active-duty military personnel and have completed the first tier of the STAR Behavioral Health Program, along with additional training in military-focused interventions.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, allowing me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and existential therapy to foster growth and resilience.
At the core of my work is a commitment to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I aim to help clients develop deeper self-awareness, cultivate curiosity about their experiences, and engage in meaningful personal exploration. Samantha Gionnossa, MA, LLPC
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spring Arbor University. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use, gender dysphoria, and trauma. I also work with individuals struggling with everyday life challenges and stress related to employment, time management, family demands, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem and more. I am a LGBTQ+ friendly provider and have experience working with individuals struggling with the challenges and stress related to being a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
Counseling involves disclosing personal and sensitive information; therefore, it requires trust, empathy, and respect between the counselor and client. As a counselor, I strive to develop a counselor-client relationship that lays a foundation for the client to be open and comfortable in the therapeutic setting. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to meet the needs of the individual. I incorporate evidenced-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, existential therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution focused therapy.

Aziza Jadallah, MA,LLPC
I am a graduate of Wayne State University, where I earned my master’s degree in Clinical
Mental Health Counseling. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and have
experience supporting clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression,
OCD, disabilities, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that each person is an expert in their own life.
